Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days.
Standard shipping takes approximately 10–15 business days after processing.

In most cases, your order should arrive within 14–20 business days. Please note, however, that in rare cases delivery may take up to 30 days due to delays with the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

⚠️ Temporary Processing Update (Effective January 28, 2026)

Due to increased demand, supplier production schedules, and international logistics constraints, orders placed on or after January 28, 2026 may experience extended processing times.

Processing and fulfillment for these orders is expected to resume beginning February 25, 2026.

Once processing resumes, standard delivery timeframes will apply.
